its possible but without using a mityvac on the system its hard to tell if split. once this is all checked the p0087 is quite a common code for a defective high pressure pump. but thorough diag and data is really needed. so lucky to work on french!!!!! Re: 206 1.4 hdi fuel pressure prob HELP!
peugeot 308 fault p0087 I have a peugeot 308 2010 1.6 hdi I had the same problem you accelerate and the managment light with fault p0087 fuel rail pressure to low would come on you couldnt accelerate or rev the car above 3000rpm however you stop the car and restart it then it fine I replaced the fuel filter and now it fine apparently on the 308 they reduce the fuel filter renewal just thought
Peugeot 206 - Loss of power and EML with new air filter. I've got a weird problem with my car, its a 1.4 HDi, same engine as the Ford 1.4 TDCi. I changed the air filter on it and upon driving it the EML came on and the further you push the pedal down the more the engine keeps refusing to rev whilst driving.
