For Dragon Age: Inquisition on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Can't find anyone in multiplayer".
One of the final scenes in "Trespasser" shows the inquisitor making their plan for what to do next and driving a dagger into Tevinter on a map, where they supposedly believe Solas is headed. The game connects to the EA servers just fine as well as it accesses the Dragon Age Keep if I'm starting a new character. I've closed and restarted the program as well as restarted the PS4. No idea if it’ll work but for me whenever I reinstall dragon age and try to load a save from before I get that message, it fixes itself when I start a new game, just like in and out of the character creator, then it registers the dlc properly… no idea if that’ll do anything for you but 🤷♂️ it’s all I’ve got 😂
