I keep getting "Missing downloaded files" in my downloads section of Steam that doesnt go away. Even though it has a "retry now" option, nothing happens when I click on it - doesnt even attempt to download/install anything. It says the file size is 611.8 KB and that all 611.8 KB is downloaded. I have closed and re-opened Steam, verified the game files, cleared Steam's download cache, changed
