I have a Dell 8930 with Windows 10. The warranty expired 3 weeks ago. Basically, the PC does not recognize the Bluetooth device. I have run troubleshooter on Bluetooth and get the response, “Device does not have Bluetooth.” Bluetooth also does not show up when I click on the ^ for system tray icons. In the Settings menu, click on the “Devices” category. On the left-hand side of the Devices menu, click on “Bluetooth & other devices.”. In the “Bluetooth & other devices” section, make sure that the Bluetooth toggle switch is turned on. If it’s off, click on the toggle switch to enable Bluetooth. t5qn.
